Before your
next take.

Last updated October 28, 2026. These terms describe how this independent AI video studio works.

Your photos and use

You must be an adult and have permission to use every person’s photo you upload. Do not use the service for deceptive impersonation, harassment, unlawful content or violations of others’ rights.

Credits and generation

One credit starts one 15-second generation. Prices, currency and credit quantities appear before checkout. Credits are added only after payment confirmation. Definitively failed generations return their credit. Interrupted submissions may require a support review before another request is made.

AI results

Outputs can vary in likeness, anatomy, movement and detail. A precise hand gesture or exact reproduction of the example is not guaranteed. The preview is a real generated sample, not a guarantee that every result will match. Generation can take several minutes or longer during busy periods.

Music and downloads

The template does not include a licensed song. You are responsible for rights to any music you add. Download completed videos before the retention period shown in the studio expires.

Purchases and support

For purchase issues or refund requests, contact support with your account email and payment reference. Do not send card numbers. Refunds and disputes can reverse the corresponding credits, including credits already used.

Contact

Use the support link in the studio footer. During setup, credit sales remain unavailable until payment configuration is ready.
